Navman uses both New Zealand Post and New Zealand Couriers to deliver shipments to our customers. All shipment charges are standard. Navman Technology NZ Ltd will decide whether to use NZ couriers or New Zealand Post for deliveries.

Deliveries can only be made Monday to Friday. All orders received after 3.00pm that day will be processed the following working day and packages shipped accordingly. Please be aware that no deliveries are made on public holidays or between Christmas and the New Year as our office is closed during this period.
Please note that a signature may be required for acceptance of the shipment. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, additional charges will be incurred to you for any additional deliveries. Additional deliveries will be charged at 50% of your original delivery charge. Deliveries can be made to residential and commercial addresses as specified on your order subject to successful authorisation from WorldPay our secure payment provider.
All Prices are quoted in $NZD and include GST.
Navman Limited will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.
By law, customers located New Zealand have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product within seven working days of the day after the date the product is delivered, ‘the cooling off’ period.
Product keys and software purchased from us is only returnable if the packaging on the product has not been opened.

If you are returning a product because of an error on our part, a defect in the product for which we are liable or it is physically damaged due to the delivery, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the product to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. In other circumstances we will expect you to pay the costs of return.
Where we accept that a product is faulty or you are exercising your rights to cancel under staute or as set out in our Product Terms and Conditions we will reimburse the price of the product together with any delivery charges which we charged for the delivery of the product to you.
You are under a duty to retain possession of the product whilst it is awaiting return to Navman and to take reasonable care of them during this period.
Navman does not accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is your responsibility to pack products adequately to prevent damage.

If you wish to return your product please complete the Contact Form. A member of the Customer Support Team will approve the return by sending you a Customer Return Authorisation Number (CRAN). The CRAN form includes instructions on how to send back the return. You will be required to arrange for the return of goods you are advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
